Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Customer Finder. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
1. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time from your customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and you keep access until that date.
2. Standard Refunds
Because the Service is delivered immediately upon subscription, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months. We will, however, issue a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase if you change your mind — no questions asked.
3. UK Consumer Rights
If you are a UK consumer, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Contracts Regulations applies. By starting to use the Service before the 14-day period ends, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the Service has been fully delivered for the relevant period.
4. Problems with the Service
If the Service is materially broken for an extended period or fails to deliver what was promised, contact us — we'll work with you to resolve it, including issuing a refund where appropriate.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email info@sashy.ai from the address associated with your account, including the date of the charge. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank — most issues can be resolved more quickly by email.
